Jogging

Jogging is slower than running and one of aerobic exercises. It can change from sugariness and lipid to energy , that is we can slim down! It is spender calories than walking. There is a point of breathing while jogging. That way is that breathe in through the nose and breathe out from the month, and the order is breathe in, breathe in, breathe out and breathe out.

There are a lot of ways of jogging.
1.Pace runnung , that is running same pace all the way.
2.LSD(=Long Slow Distandce), that is running long range.
3.Interval training, that is running to repeaet fast and slow. etc...
